If it were minor and stupid like a small catfight, then yes. That does tend to piss me off.
But something more extreme like bullying is another matter. I know I have a grudge against two girls who bullied my sister excessivly, and I always will. I'll always give them scornful looks whenever they enter the house or walk past.
